These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers made by the Trader and to all distance contracts and orders concluded between the Trader and the Consumer.
Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these Terms & Conditions shall be made available to the Consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, the Consumer will be informed how the Terms & Conditions can be accessed electronically or otherwise provided free of charge upon request.
If the contract is concluded electronically, these Terms & Conditions shall also be provided electronically in a manner that allows the Consumer to store them on a durable medium.
In case of conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any specific product/service conditions, the Consumer is entitled to rely on the most favourable provision.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Any situations not covered by these Terms & Conditions will be interpreted “in the spirit” of these Terms.
If an offer has a limited duration or is subject to conditions, this will be stated clearly.
The Trader reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers.
The offer shall include a clear and accurate description of the products and/or services. Images are for illustrative purposes only. While every effort is made to display product colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours reflects the true colour of the products.
Obvious mistakes or clerical errors do not bind the Trader.
Each offer shall clearly state:
the total price (exclusive of customs duties/import VAT for non-UK deliveries);
any applicable delivery costs;
the method of conclusion of the contract;
whether the right to cancel applies;
accepted methods of payment;
delivery and performance arrangements;
the period for which the offer or the price remains valid;
where applicable, the minimum duration of the contract.
The contract is concluded once the Consumer accepts the offer and complies with the stated conditions.
If the Consumer accepts the offer electronically, the Trader will promptly acknowledge receipt of acceptance electronically. Until receipt is confirmed, the Consumer may cancel the contract.
The Trader shall take appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure electronic transactions and ensure a secure web environment.
The Trader may obtain information on whether the Consumer can meet payment obligations. If, on reasonable grounds, the Trader declines the contract, they may refuse the order or attach special conditions.
Upon delivery, the Trader will provide the Consumer in writing (or durable medium):
contact details for complaints;
conditions and method of exercising the right to cancel;
after-sales service and guarantees;
essential information about the contract if not already supplied.
Consumers have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period begins the day after the Consumer, or a nominated third party other than the carrier, receives the goods.
During the cooling-off period, the Consumer must handle the product with care. They may inspect the product but must not use it beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
To exercise the right to cancel, the Consumer must notify the Trader in writing (email accepted) within the cancellation period. The Consumer must return the product within 14 days of giving notice.
The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning goods.
If the Consumer has already paid, the Trader will refund payments (excluding delivery costs, unless otherwise required by law) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
The right to cancel does not apply to:
goods made to the Consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery;
sealed audio, video recordings, or computer software, once unsealed;
newspapers, periodicals, or magazines (except subscriptions).
Prices will not be increased during the validity period of the offer, except for changes due to VAT or other legal requirements.
Prices are listed in GBP (£) and inclusive of UK VAT (where applicable).
For deliveries outside the UK, additional import VAT, customs duties, and courier clearance fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the Consumer.
Obvious printing or typographical errors are not binding.
The Trader guarantees that the goods and/or services conform to the contract, product description, and reasonable requirements of reliability and usability under UK law.
Any manufacturer’s warranty applies in addition to statutory rights.
Goods must be reported faulty within 14 days of delivery for exchange or refund.
Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorised repairs, or neglect.
The Trader will take the greatest care when fulfilling orders.
Delivery is to the address provided by the Consumer.
Unless otherwise agreed, orders will be fulfilled within 30 days. If delivery is delayed, the Consumer will be notified and has the right to cancel without charge.
If goods are unavailable, the Trader may supply a replacement of equal value, subject to the Consumer’s right to cancel.
The Trader bears the risk of loss or damage until delivery.
Contracts of indefinite duration (e.g., subscriptions) may be terminated by the Consumer with a maximum one-month notice period.
Fixed-term contracts cannot be automatically renewed for more than the original period, except where expressly permitted by law (e.g., limited trial subscriptions).
Contracts exceeding one year may be terminated by the Consumer at any time after the first year with one month’s notice.
Unless otherwise agreed, payments must be made within 7 working days of contract confirmation.
Consumers must provide accurate billing details.
If payment is not made, the Trader may charge reasonable recovery costs, provided the Consumer was informed beforehand.
Complaints regarding the performance of the contract must be submitted within 7 days of discovery.
Complaints will be answered within 14 days. If a longer period is needed, the Consumer will receive an acknowledgement and an estimated resolution time.
If a complaint cannot be resolved amicably, it may be escalated to an alternative dispute resolution body in the UK.
Contracts between the Trader and the Consumer are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales, even if the Consumer resides outside the UK.
