Refund policy

  • Exchange period: You may request an exchange within 14 days from the delivery date, provided the item is in new condition and shows no signs of wear.

  • Return shipping: If the exchange is not due to our error or a manufacturing defect, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.

⚠️ This guarantee only covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accident

  • Improper care or misuse

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Fading or deterioration of colours and materials due to sun exposure

  • Products that have come into contact with water

🚫 Items that cannot be returned: bodysuits, lingerie, nightwear, jewellery, and accessories (except scarves and bags).

Refund Policy

You may request a refund if:

  • You are not satisfied with your order and it was purchased within the last 14 days.

  • The product is completely non-functional.

  • You did not receive your order within 60 business days (UK/EU) or 90 business days (international).

Refund process:

  • Refunds are generally processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

  • Once processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

  • Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this also applies to returns). No restocking fees will be charged.

Step 1 – Contact us
Reach out via our contact form or email client@ovellia.com. Please include your order number.

Step 2 – Send your return
Ship your item with the completed return form to the address provided. Ensure your parcel has a tracking code. As the sender, you are responsible for safe delivery.

Step 3 – Receive your refund
Once we receive your parcel, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
