Exchange period: You may request an exchange within 14 days from the delivery date, provided the item is in new condition and shows no signs of wear.
Return shipping: If the exchange is not due to our error or a manufacturing defect, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.

You may request a refund if:
You are not satisfied with your order and it was purchased within the last 14 days.
The product is completely non-functional.
You did not receive your order within 60 business days (UK/EU) or 90 business days (international).
Refund process:
Refunds are generally processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
Once processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this also applies to returns). No restocking fees will be charged.

Ship your item with the completed return form to the address provided. Ensure your parcel has a tracking code. As the sender, you are responsible for safe delivery.
Step 3 – Receive your refund
Once we receive your parcel, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
